A portable self contained filling and cap tightening machine for cosmetic and pharmaceutical containers. Easy and simple to use.

Can be supplied as all pneumatic or PLC controlled versions. Filling and capping programs are selectable.

Products are placed into a starwheel pocket or can be fed from a rotary table. The machine can run continously or set to a pre-determined number to allow for a pause between filling and applying the caps.

Inexpensive change parts, starwheel, fence and jaws can be changed in a few minutes. Easily adjusted for different heights.

Tightens a wide range of caps including pump action, tamper evident and child resistant closues.

Uses rubber lined gripping jaws for damage free tightening.
