Capping Machines
Cap Coder manufactures a range of Capping Machines for all types of applications,
from simple bench top cap tightening applications to complete fully automatic filling,
plugging and capping operations.
Cap Coder can also supply their torque heads for customers and machine builders
to incorporate into their own capping equipment.
All machines and equipment are manufactured to ISO 9001-2008 build standard
and CE marked.
They are also supplied complete with a Certificate of Conformity / Incorporation,
depending on the application.

CC1160 Capping Machine
Versatile monobloc starwheel based, fully automatic Capping Machine which can be customised to suit the application.
It can be integrated into an existing line or supplied as a self contained unit with in-feed, out-feed systems and conveyors
with options for filling, plugging, capping and many other features. |

An on-line indexing starwheel based, fully automatic Capping Machine,
for containers from 50ml to 5 litre size.
Options for cap tightening, capping with automatic cap feed, filling, coding and press-on caps.

CC720 Torque Head
A modular torque head available in different versions to suit the application of the user.
The torque head heads can be provided with electric or pneumatic motors and supplied with full ATEX certification
for use in hazardous areas.
The torque head can also be fitted with a torque transducer which will acurately measure the torque applied to the cap
during the capping operation.
Change part gripping jaws are supplied to suit each cap size and are rubber lined to give excellent grip and avoid product damage.
