CC480 Bench Top Cap Tightening Machine with Shuttle Carriage.

 

A bench top cap tightening machine for small containers,
10 -150ml.
Simple manually operated shuttle operation. Will tighten caps at up to 30 per minute.

All peumatic operation or PLC controlled, and either electric or pneumatic capping.

Fully guarded, cycle only starts when product is correctly loaded.

Inexpensive change parts, starwheel, fence and jaws can be changed in a few minutes. Easily adjusted for different heights.
