copied across the world with virtually no alteration to the
basic mechanism.

CC100 Coding
Head
Reciprocating ink coding unit known as the 'gentle touch'
coder. Compact and inexpensive. Contact coding at low pressure of 10 to 20 psi.
Controlled by a Cap Coder control module, or customers PLC.

Pulsar Coding Machine
Pulsar pigmented ink system, pulses pigment ink to the front of the ink capsule ensuring consistency of flow during intermittent coding.
Used for colour or batch coding. Uses CC100 reciprocating contact coder and CCP1 Pulsar control module. |

Control Modules
Pneumatic or electronic control modules. These modules accept pneumatic or electric start signals. Used with the CC100 Coding Head. |

Inks and Typestyles
Dye based, quick drying, and 'Pulsar' special
application pigmented inks. Rubber type in various sizes 1.5mm to 10mm. Easily changed ink capsules in a choice of colours. |
