Capping Machine Equipment.

The following pictures show some elements and details of the Capping Machines, together with auxillliary equipment such as conveyors and rotary tables.

This is the new Tri-Torque Capping Head, which has the advantage of three capping jaws and a double acting operating cylinder. The drive motor can be pneumatic or electric.

This is the new Tri-Torque Capping Head, as featured in our CC1160 and CC560 Capping Machines.
The head features two electric capping motors and a combined rotary/linear actuator to enable
caps to be picked and screwed on at the same time.

This is a slat conveyor, of the type used with our CC1160, CC560 and CC550 machines.
The conveyor features stainless steel construction, and is fitted with a single phase supply variable speed drive.

This is a rotary table which can be used for infeeding and collating bottles onto or from a conveyor. The table has a single phase supply variable speed drive and can be interfaced wth the capping machine conveyor.

This is a twin plugging head, which picks a plug from a plug nest, at the same time as pushing a previously picked plug into a bottle. The plug is picked and held by vacuum.

This is a typical arrangement of a cap transfer mechanism, which is used to present the cap to the capping head.

This shows a typical single station diving nozzle filling head which can be fitted to our CC1150 and CC1160 Capping Machines. The bottle would normally be filled with liquid using a peristaltic type pump.

This shows a typical single station plug press head which can be fitted to our CC1160 Capping Machines. The press head would be used to press a plug fully into a vial, after the plug has previously been placed in the vial with a twin plugger.

This is an adjustable Starwheel, which can be fitted to our CC560 Capping Machine.
The Starwheel is adjustable for width and depth, to accommodate containers from 100ml to 1000ml, round or square.
When introducing a new container, all that is required is a set of jaws to match the cap.
